Responding to a Blog Post

You can respond publicly or privately to a blog post. If you want to respond publicly to a post, so that everyone reading the blog can read your response, click the link that displays the number of comments. A new window opens that allows you to compose and post your comment.

What if you don't want to respond publicly? Maybe you want to share the post with someone else. In that case, click the envelope icon. That action takes you to another web page where you can enter the email address of the person to whom you wish to send the post.

Special Delivery

On the first day of the MPOD visit to CIGO, Johnie's wife gave birth (a little early) to baby Maria Ruby. Here is one of the pictures that Johnie posted on the MPOD collaboration web site. What a sweet baby girl!

Business As an Agent of World Benefit

The third annual International BAWB Online Conference is scheduled for May 4 and 5. The conference is 'virtual,' and can be accessed online from anywhere in the world. You can read more about it at the BAWB web site.

The topic is 'UN Millenium Development Goals as Business Opportunity.'

There is an associated call for posters and interactive working papers! This could be an interesting way for us to contribute as a group.

Side note: The MPOD collaborative web site is built on and hosted by iCohere, the same platform that is being used for the BAWB Online Conference. If AMOC or CIGO students are interested in seeing how MPOD students collaborate at a distance, participating in the conference will allow them to experience a little of that.
